Rolanda Watson is the founder of Empower 2 Impact home of  Rolanda’s Tax & Professional Services & RPS Tax & Business Solutions with over 26 years of tax & accounting experience.  Known as “mytaxlady” Rolanda has partnered with for profit and non-profit organizations to start, build and maintain financially healthy companies that are compliant with IRS. Rolanda has kept individuals, businesses, and non-profits aware of tax changes with solutions to thrive in their current situations. Rolanda’s passion is helping her clients go from where they are to where they can be in their business.  She accomplishes this by actively listening to her client’s vision, understanding their desiring, and building a tax plan to accomplish that vision – tax break by tax break.  Rolanda uses her years of experience and ability of tax research to help businesses, especially those in the Transportation Industry increase their income with tax strategies.

As an Enrolled Agent Rolanda focuses on three foundational areas of her business.  Tax Advisory, Tax Representation and Tax Academy/Coaching.   She partners with other to build a team so that her clients enjoy “one - stop shop” Our team consists of: bookkeepers, payroll providers, tax preparers, software support.  Everything that a business needs to have successful back-end support. As a second-generation tax professional Rolanda have seen a lot in this business.  She firmly believes that if she can help someone avoid her mistakes or benefit from her lessons good or bad, that is a win for the industry.
